Our goal with this collection is to create a set of colourful and enjoyable accessories. We were thinking in expression and fun, and wanted show our sympathy for simplicity and for the use of certain "ordinary" but also specials materials.
We decided to use birch plywood because it has characteristics that we like a lot. Plywood is an industrial material made with the recycled waste of wood that's economical, resistant, practical, durable and -very important! - capable of conserve the beauty and charm of the natural wood.
We choose, also melamine laminates because they let us to play with colour and geometricalshapes and create funny and friendly forms, as Tangram game has done for centuries...
